By purchasing a service from TaxArthi.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms and conditions. Since our services involve time, labor, expertise, and often third-party or government filings, not all payments are eligible for a refund.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • TaxArthi is unable to initiate or deliver the service due to internal limitations or errors.
  • The refund request is raised within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • No government fee or third-party payment (e.g., PAN/GST portal) has been made on your behalf.
  • The work has not yet commenced, and no resources or professional time have been allocated.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If you change your mind after placing an order.
  • Delay in the process caused by incorrect/incomplete information or documents submitted by you.
  • You fail to respond to calls, emails, or follow-ups initiated by our team.
  • Service has already been partially or fully rendered (e.g., forms prepared, application filed).
  • Government or regulatory delays beyond our control.
  • Payments made toward government fees, stamp duty, trademark fees, DIN/PAN/TAN, or third-party expenses.
  • You chose the wrong service by mistake (but we’ll help you adjust it where possible).
  1. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please:

  1. Write to us at connect@taxarthi.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID/Service Name]”.
  2. Include your full name, contact number, date of payment, and reason for the refund.
  3. Allow our team up to 3–5 working days to assess your request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  1. Adjustment & Credit Option

In certain cases, at our discretion:

  • Instead of a monetary refund, we may provide credit that you can use for any other service of the same price or value within the next 6 months.
  • This credit is non-transferable and non-refundable once issued.
  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any refund delays or inability to provide a refund due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government delays, changes in policy, or internet disruptions.

  1. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before raising a chargeback with your bank or payment gateway, we encourage you to contact us. Most issues are resolved amicably. Any fraudulent or baseless chargeback will be strongly contested with full evidence of service initiation or delivery.
